The Hotel is really nice. The rooms are perfect. Only the ones that look outside (they have inside rooms too). The breakfast was decent - could have been better though.
We booked a twin deluxe room. As we arrived there, the receptionist told us that they were overbooked and gave us a double room with no windows to outside. After checking the room, we said that we would go to a different hotel, they gave us a room which was great (as we booked). The receptionist (younger one) is pretty mean, not smiling at all and not customer friendly. The older lady (still young, just for comparison) is sweet and nice.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was ideal, tucked down a small side street but still near the beach. It was convenient to have amenities close by in this busy part of town. Secondly, the staff were excellent. They were very helpful and went beyond their duty to assist, just like Toph, who visited me every day when I fell sick. Finally, the rooms were clean and offered basic amenities. The prices were reasonable, making it a great value for money option.
All was alright.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach. It's tucked away in a small alley, which gives it a nice, cozy feel. The staff are friendly and helpful, with special mention to Toph, who provided us with important advice in excellent English. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a big bed and all the basic amenities you need. The breakfast served here is also delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.
All was fine.

Located down an alley surrounded by construction sites, the hotel provides a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. the rooms, though a bit old, are spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. the staff, especially Nin Toph and Maria, go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for. the breakfast buffet offers a good selection of food, and the rooftop swimming pool provides a relaxing oasis with fantastic views of the surrounding islands and beach.
One minor downside is the lack of a tray in the shower to place their toiletries on, and the inconvenient placement of the towel rack above the toilet.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to check in 3 hours earlier than my scheduled time and even offered me tea when I arrived at 5.00am. The hotel is located really close to the beach, just a 5-minute walk away. The beach area is clean and beautiful. The hotel facilities were great, especially the rooftop swimming pool with its amazing view. Additionally, the breakfast selection was impressive with a nice variety of food.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is just a stone's throw away from the beach and many street bars and restaurants. The rooms are spick and span, and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel staff is also very hospitable and helpful, they immediately fixed the A/C when we had an issue with it. Plus, there's a massage service inside the hotel – which was such a delight after a long day of exploring.
The walls aren't soundproof which caused some noise disturbance, especially at night. The hotel is located a bit far from the main area, so a bit of walking is needed to get to the location.
